Job Description

Our client is a leading organisation based in Leeds City Centre and they are looking for Experienced Collections Officers to minimise debt by contacting customers who are in arrears, requesting full outstanding balance and renegotiating payment plans etc My client does NOT work on a dialler and you will be required to work various shifts

Duties Include: -

Making a high volume of outbound calls to customers who are in arrears Demanding full outstanding balance Taking payment via credit / debit card Composing and sending out chasing letters Working towards individual and team targets Preparing cases for litigation Researching and logging all customers' information using various tools

Skills/Exp Req:

Have collections experience and an understanding of the legal debt recovery processes incl. CCJ's Defaults, Attachment of Earnings, Charging Orders etc
