Job Description
Lettings Negotiator
Based Wakefield
Salary £15k Basic
Main duties:
Register potential tenants
Arrange and attend viewings
Liaise and negotiate between landlords and tenants
Close deals
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with landlords and tenants
Canvass for new business opportunities
Achieve pre-agreed targets
Offer a first class level of customer service at all times
Skills & Experience required:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a proven track record in a target driven sales environment and not be afraid to go the extra mile!
A lettings/property background would be an advantage. You will need to possess a full UK driving licence and be expected to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
