Job Description
Customer Services Account Executive
Based Leeds
Salary £16 - £20k
Company and Role Information:
My client is a market leader within its field of expertise and they are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Account Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team who pride themselves on the delivery of service excellence.
You must be able to demonstrate a strong account management background ideally within a manufacturing/printing environment. Will you have excellent communication and relationship building skills along with good time management and the ability to prioritise work and hit tight deadlines.
Main duties:
To provide support to customers and sales colleagues worldwide as well as the UK
Sales Order Processing and estimating
Creating customer and production related documentation
Checking/auditing documentation
Communicating with internal and external customer
Inspecting artwork and proofs
Liaising with shipping department for early booking of flights/vessels/trucks
Liaising with production for updates on order status
Providing accurate information at all times to customers and sales colleagues
Understanding and maintaining an up to date knowledge of all products, processes and systems software
Perform any other duties as and when required.
Skills & Experience:
Previous Account Executive experience essential
Previous administration experience, relating to creation of all customer and production related documentation and checking / auditing documentation
Experience of working with an estimating and Sales
Time management skills – able to effectively work to deadlines
Strong organisational skills – ability to prioritise workload
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to communicate effectively to all departments and customers
Ability to effectively convey information to customers, whether this is good or bad news
Ability to build rapport / good working relationships, both internally and externally
Strong attention to detail
