Legal Recoveries Executive / Legal Debt Recovery Executive / Legal Collections Based Leeds Salary £15 - £20k dependant on experience We are looking to recruit a Legal Recoveries Executive for a company based in Leeds city centre. My client is a market leader in their field of expertise and this presents an exciting opportunity for candidates looking to develop their career Duties: You will be responsible for a caseload of approximately 1000 files, ensuring that these are managed according to service level agreements and in line with industry regulations. The role involves dealing with the legal process from start to finish up to and including issuing the letter before action. Skills & Experience Required: Understands the importance of an LBA Intermediate knowledge of the workings of the CPC/CCBC Demonstrates how to complete, issue and serve a County Court Claim Form Demonstrates how to enter different types of Judgment Intermediate knowledge of Warrants of Execution Intermediate knowledge of High Court Warrants and the role of the High Court Enforcement Officer Intermediate knowledge of how and when to send a Statutory Demand Intermediate knowledge of Attachment of Earnings Intermediate knowledge of Charging orders Basic knowledge of Order for Sale Basic knowledge of contested debt litigation work Basic knowledge of both personal and commercial Insolvency Displays an understanding of the Clients needs Displays an ability to negotiate with debtors in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the Client.
