Job Description
Lettings Administrator (Maternity Contract)
Based Leeds
Salary: £15 - £15.5k
We are looking to recruit a Lettings Administrator to join a Leeds based property company.
Main Duties:
Create property details as instructed by the Valuers, ensuring all the information is on the marketing and management system
Create property brochures for new properties
Follow up missing information from the Landlords which may be needed to market the property
Maintain & update property records
Management of the window display
Displaying window cards from properties which come on the market
Keep the cards up to date with any changes, such as photos and availability dates
Audio typing inventories as requires
Review lettings list weekly to ensure all the details we have on the system such as photos and prices are up to date
Telephone cover
Instruct board company to erect/remove boards when needed
Skills and Experience:
Strong administration background
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Good PC skills
Must be able to prioritise own workload
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Experience working in a busy office or sales environment.
