Job Description
Recruitment Administrator
Temp to perm contract – Full - time
Start date ASAP
Established in 1994 Taskmaster’s overriding objective is to provide temporary and permanent recruitment solutions to our customers by offering a premier quality “hands on” service.
We are looking for a confident and highly organised administrator to join our friendly team.
Responsibilities:
Full Administrative support to the Recruitment Consultants, including data entry, filling, reference requests and other legal compliance
Dealing with telephone and door enquiries
Meeting and greeting candidates
Resourcing for potential candidates and lead generation
The ideal candidate:
The ability to deal with a constantly changing workload in a demanding office environment.
Must have intermediate skills in Word and Excel.
Good organisational skills.
Will have an excellent telephone manner, with the ability to keep calm within a fast paced environment.
HR experience an advantage
