Job Description
Internal Account Manager £15-18k plus commission
My client is looking for experienced and dedicated Telesales/Telemarketing candidates to contact existing customers to ensure the retention of existing business and identify additional business opportunities.
You will be responsible for ensuring regular telephone contact is maintained with all clients, maintain and update all contract renewals as and when required, resolve invoice queries, manage customer amendment requests, take ownership and resolve customer complaints and queries, maintain the customer database and ensure all opportunities to expand the client portfolio are identified and followed up.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, be conscientious and committed to deliver results in accordance with tight deadlines and possess good time management skills in a fast paced environment.
knowledge of IT support systems, telecommunications equipment and IT business systems is preferable.
