Job Description
Legal Collections Advisor / Legal Debt Recovery Advisor – Friendly, informal working environment with excellent scope to progress
This role is based in Wakefield City Centre, WF1
Salary and benefits: £15000-18000, 20 days holiday, contributory pension and monthly bonus of between £200-500 per month

YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Previous Legal/Litigation experience and pre-legal debt recovery experience and experience of working to targets / deadlines preferably in Legal/Collections would be of great benefit
A Law Degree or legal qualification would be desirable
ROLE INFORMATION:
The legal team are required to recover debt that has been passed by the collections team following an inability to recover the debt manually. Tools to recover the debt include CCJ’s and enforcement processes. The team are tasked with inputting new cases, with follow up and providing an inbound and outbound collections service for the legal department within Chantry collections.
Collections – inbound, dialer and pro-active manual outbound dialing to collect outstanding debt.
Trace and collect.
Maintain existing accounts
New case input.
Dealing with correspondence (inbound & outbound).
Filing
HOURS: Operational hours are 8-8pm with a mixture of a late shift 12-8 and early shift 8-4 and 1 in 4 Saturdays
