Job Description
Our client is one of the country\'s leading providers of care to the elderly in residential and nursing homes across the UK.We are currently recruiting for a RMN Unit Manager to oversee a 35 bedded dementia and challenging behaviour unit in a Nursing Home in Leeds.You will have extensive experience of working with Older Adults who have Dementia and other potentially challenging Mental Health needs.You will have experience of leading a team, managing change, and meeting achievable realistic goals.Most importantly you will have an attitude, character and personality that will want to achieve the highest quality of care being delivered in a warm homely environment.Candidates must have 2 years post-registration experience as a Registered Mental Nurse.The position is a full-time permanent position worked over a 42 hour week at a rate of £14 - £14.50ph depending on experience.To apply forward a CV online or directly to or call Jay Gibbons on for more information.
