Job Description

My client is a large Construction company based in Bradford.

They now require a receptionist to join them on a temporary basis for a period of three months.

You will be working in a relaxed but professional environment, meeting and greeting clients and visitors as they enter the site. Other duties will include answering incoming telephone calls, taking messages and answering some general enquiries. Part of the role is Administration based - so you will be expected to assist with office duties in quiet periods. You will have good IT skills including an understanding of MS word, Excel and Outlook. Some general filing and other clerical duties such as post and franking will be your responsibility too.

To be considered you must have some front of house experience and be able to demonstrate a years office experience.
