Job Description
Administrator required to work for a large financial organisation in there modern offices in Leeds City Centre. You will be required to provide administrative support to the customer service department undertaking a variety of tasks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming and outgoing post including recording of returned mail and recorded post.
- Sort the post to ensure all letters are assigned to the correct departments.
- Prepare arrangements paperwork, to include inputting of details onto the system from 3rd parties, answering any queries from 3rd parties and sending proof of debt forms to the 3rd parties
- Provide Reception cover when appropriate.
- Sending customers copies of statements and agreements.
- Inputting authorisation form details or account write off details onto the system for uncollectible debts.
- Locating accounts using an account finder database.
- Calculating daily cheques to be passed to Finance.
- General administration duties.
- Any other duties commensurate with the post.
