Job Description

Our client are Leaders in the Water Industry and form part of a large multi disciplined international company which is listed on the Dow Jones US stock market.

They are currently looking to recruit a Site Supervisor to join the Waste Water Team working together with internal and external clients.

Within the role you will be required to deliver on-site training and support as necessary to Crews and supervise current and new methods of working procedures and practice. You must ensure that Crews follow health and safety practices, undertaking site audits of health and safety and reporting any non compliance. Responding to staff performance matters on site, you must liaise with the relevant line manager to rectify any issues and act as a communication channel between the site, office and external clients.

Candidates for this role should have previous experience in the Water Industry or a similar service industry coupled with good knowledge of working outdoors in different site environments. A team player with strong leadership skills, you must be flexible in your approach to work and have an adaptable work ethic. Good communication, planning and organisational skills are essential for this role and, due to the nature of the role, a full UK driving licence is required.
