Job Description
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced branch manager to join this established estate agency in Leeds, the successful candidate will have a solid background in lettings or both sales and lettings along with a proven track record of leading and motivating a team of negotiators. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward thinking and expanding organisation!!
Duties will include: -
Overseeing the day to day running of the office
Ensuring the negotiators and branch hits target
Supervising the sales and lettings negotiators
Monitoring holidays and sickness
Development of the staff and the branch
Handling queries from tenant, lanlords, buyers and vendors
Dealing with any maintenance issues on properties
Undertaking viewings and valuations
Negotiating and closing deals
Skills/Exp Req:
You must have a minimum of 3 years proven management experience within estate agency.
Strong management experience within lettings and sales, proven track record in leading and developing a team, a hands on approach to the business.
