Deputy Manager (Settle)

North Yorkshire Learning Disabilities Services
£19, 133 - £21, 049 per annum
37hrs per week
You will work with the Project Manager to ensure that services across your sites are delivered and developed effectively and efficiently within the current values and beliefs of St Anne's. You will be responsible for assisting the Manager in conducting staff supervisions, implementing the team plan monitoring health and safety checks.
The successful candidate should demonstrate knowledge of current working practices in the sector and an understanding of the needs of this client group. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to motivate and lead others are also essential.
