Job Description
Hours: Monday- Friday 9- 5:15pm
Salary range:£12,000
Duties
Handle all incoming and outgoing post including recording of returned mail and recorded post.
Sort the post to ensure all letters are assigned to the correct departments.
Prepare administration paperwork, to include inputting of details onto the system
Answering any queries from 3rd parties
Using inhouse computer system
Faxing, filing, photocopying
Any other duties commensurate with the post.
Experience
Previous office experience essential (at least 6 months)
Experience of using MS Office.
Skills
Computer literate.
Excellent organisational skills.
Quick learner.
Strong attention to detail.
Professional.
Demonstrates a positive attitude to work and a good work ethic.
Flexible approach.
