Working in a busy office environment, your duties will include:
*Handling vehicle and trailer breakdowns and repairs over the phone
*Dealing with general requests for information from the depots
*Checking vehicle repair agents order number requests
*Inputting data into the bespoke fleet management data base
*Telephone call handling
*Liaising with both operator and repair agents
*Negotiating and agreeing labour and parts discount rates
*Producing weekly- monthly management reports
We are looking for someone who is a strong team player with the flexibility to change working hours as and when required and to multi task within the team.
You need to have excellent communications skills to deal with customers and colleagues at all levels within the business and have ability to work for periods of time unsupervised.
Essential Skills
Computer literate with good 'IT' skills.
Knowledge of commercial vehicles
