You will provide secretarial/admin support to the team and absence cover to the wider Finance team.
You will also:
- Provide assistance to team members in the preparation (typing and graphics) of Powerpoint reports and pitch documents
- Provide diary management and managing external party meetings
- Type and amend letters and other documents as appropriate
- Attend team meetings, take notes and action points as appropriate
- Access the team's emails and deal with emails in their absence as appropriate
- Build a strong working relationship with clients
- Ensure the firm's client service standards are met
- Deal with telephone calls, specifically ensuring that messages are taken clearly and efficiently and responded to in a timely fashion
- Arrange and facilitate client meetings
- Organise travel plans, including booking of travel tickets, hotel bookings etc
- General admin duties including printing, scanning, photocopying and binding

The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Display confidentiality and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive material
- Possess an excellent telephone manner
- Have good inter-personal skills
- Show a positive approach to the role with a keen eye for detail
- Work to tight deadlines and under pressure when required

You will have the following skills:
- MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
- Advanced Powerpoint skills an advantage
- Lotus notes (advantageous but not essential)
