Job Description
You will provide secretarial/admin support to the team and absence cover to the wider Finance team.
You will also:
Provide assistance to team members in the preparation (typing and graphics) of Powerpoint reports and pitch documents
Provide diary management and managing external party meetings
Type and amend letters and other documents as appropriate
Attend team meetings, take notes and action points as appropriate
Access the team's emails and deal with emails in their absence as appropriate
Build a strong working relationship with clients
Ensure the firm's client service standards are met
Deal with telephone calls, specifically ensuring that messages are taken clearly and efficiently and responded to in a timely fashion
Arrange and facilitate client meetings
Organise travel plans, including booking of travel tickets, hotel bookings etc
General admin duties including printing, scanning, photocopying and binding
The ideal candidate will be able to:
Display confidentiality and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive material
Possess an excellent telephone manner
Have good inter-personal skills
Show a positive approach to the role with a keen eye for detail
Work to tight deadlines and under pressure when required
You will have the following skills:
MS Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
Advanced Powerpoint skills an advantage
Lotus notes (advantageous but not essential)
