Job Description

You will be providing support to the team on the preparation of proposals/pitches and research on Local Authorities and project issues associated with the opportunity.
Your role will include:

  • Supporting the preparation of tender documents

  • Compiling and maintaining generic templates for tenders

  • Compiling and maintaining case studies for sectors

  • Assisting the relevant staff member leading the tender submission process in the preparation of Full Proposals

  • Regularly updating "FAQ" information for proposals

  • Tracking of responses from initial invitation through to appointment or rejection and feedback on proposal

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous secretarial and administrative experience,

  • The ability to deal with clients directly

  • Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel plus the ability to use databases and email

You will have experience of drafting reports for clients (attention to detail, presentation) You will also have previously worked on pitches and proposals and ideally have a professional services background. A GCSE grade C in English and Mathematics, will also be required.
