Customer Support Advisor - £12410 per annum - Leeds

My client, one of the world’s leading financial companies with over 135,000 employees, are recruiting for fantastic customer service and administration people, offering security, amazing benefits, competitive salary and full training and development! In the role you will manage bank account applications and process through to completion. Duties Include: · Validating information from customers, to ensure all information is correct · Process applications onto the database · Produce letters to send · Liaising with clients via telephone, e-mail and written correspondence · Deal with any customer queries · All other ad hoc administration as required by the role The role requires excellent administration and data entry skills along with the ability to communicate people on all levels. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody wanting to work for a large company with fantastic opportunities for progression. The starting salary is £12,410 + excellent training, benefits and opportunities for progression. You must have at least 6 months experience in Data input/Customer service/administration to apply. You must also have a strong employment history with no gaps in your cv.
