Job Description

URGENT REQUIREMENT FOR A PART TIME SECRETARY/ADMINISTRATOR FOR A NATIONAL BUSINESS IN LEEDS CITY.

A fantastic opportunity for a job share where you will provide full secretarial and administrative support to the office. Duties will include:

· Audio and copy typing · Producing letters and reports · Answering calls and incoming e-mails · Maintenance of Excel spreadsheets and databases · Updating and maintaining the website · Mail merges · Faxing, filing/archiving and scanning files and documents · Invoicing clients · All other ad hoc administration as required by the role

We require someone that has commitment to the role in the long term who is confident, outgoing and can use their initiative to get tasks complete. The hours will be Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday , 9-5.30 and occasional fulltime holiday cover.
