Senior Collections Advisor - Leeds - £17,595 - Full Time

Do you have previous collections experience? Are you customer focused and have excellent negotiation skills? Do you have the ability to work towards targets?

My client, one of the world's leading financial companies with over 135,000 employees, are looking for people who have the drive and motivation to excel in a career within banking

Working as part of a high volume, busy department the role entails dealing with customers over the phone in respect of various mortgage related issues and specifically in the resolve of arrears.

The daily job requirements are to discuss a customer's individual circumstances, mortgage requirements and offer proposals with the aim of providing a speedy yet accurate resolution to what products and services can be utilised in order for a customer's arrears to be cleared.

You will be required to work rotation shifts as follows: Mon to Fri - 8.30am till 4pm or 12pm till 8pm. Every other Saturday - 9am till 1pm
