Are you looking for a new challenge?? My client is looking for a number of strong collectors to join an established organisation during an exciting period of growth.

This is a brand new department where you will be involved in building up the department it provides an opportunity to set the standards and culture of the business to create a superb employee and customer experience.

Working for a leading mobile manufacturer, you will be required to make calls to existing customers to collect outstanding depts by listening and asking the right questions you will effectively identify and resolve customer queries upon first contact in a way that encourages brand loyalty and maximises debt recovered. You must Demonstrate commitment to achieving results, persisting in the face of obstacles & providing solutions that are right for both the business and our customers.
