Part Time Team Leaders – Leeds - £17 – 23K pro rata plus excellent package

A superb opportunity has arisen for experienced Call Centre Team Leaders to join an established organisation during an exciting period of growth.

This is a brand new department where you will be involved in everything from recruitment to setting up the processes right from the beginning. It provides an opportunity to set the standards and culture of the business to create a superb employee and customer experience.

You will be the sort of manager who leads by example and inspires through confident leadership. You will not be afraid to be innovative in motivating your staff and have a genuine passion for coaching and development.

Package:

Basic Salary: £17-22K pro-rata

Shifts available:

Monday to Thursday 5pm - 9pm and Saturday morning 8am - 12pm
Monday to Friday 5pm - 10pm and 3pm - 8pm on Saturday
