Job Description
Customer Relations Manager - Leeds - £35-45k
My client is a leading financial organisation based in Leeds and are currently recruiting for a Customer Relations Manager to head up their Customer Relations Team.
The main purpose of the role is to manage the Customer Relations team and its related processes, ensuring data quality within both the management information reporting and recording. To monitor, develop and apply the company's Treating Customers Fairly Policy (TCF). To develop, influence and drive the TCF culture within the company, influencing all levels of the senior management team. To manage the resolution of all complaints escalated to the Directors and other senior managers.
The successful candidate will have detailed and comprehensive customer service experience within a Financial Service industry, experience of customer complaint resolution and a track record of increasing 1st time resolution of complaints.
In depth knowledge of TCF and experience of working in an environment where TCF has been successfully applied is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading customer initiatives and championing the customer, previous people management experience and a proven track record of achieving and driving results.
In return for your hard work and commitment my client offers a starting salary of up to £45,000.
