Telesales Executive - Leeds - £15k + commission

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation in this recession proof market. Due to continued expansion my client is looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can-do and positive attitude to join their fast growing Business Development team. Always striving to achieve the best results, your responsibilities will include making outbound cold calls to gain/develop new business (both selling direct over the phones and/or booking appointments for field team) and also pro-actively contacting existing customers for repeat business and to cross sell and introduce other areas of the business. Working to both daily and weekly targets, you will be a key member of the team.

Hours - 9 - 5.30 with 1 hour lunch Mon-Fri
Salary - £13-15k + commission

Must have experience of:

Outbound business to business telesales / telemarketing experience.
High level of customer service.
Ability to create needs and opportunities and to "think on feet"
Experience cold calling and overcoming obstacles involved in cold calling B2B.
Experience in working to targets based on productivity (dials, call times) conversion rates and income.
Good knowledge of telesales / telemarketing call structures and techniques.
Positive approach to life and work "anything is possible" attitude.
Pro-active and flexible
