Job Description

As Customer Experience Delivery Manager you be responsible for managing all the day to day operational aspects ofour clientscontact centre operations. Customer attitudes & impressions ofour clientare shaped by the service experienced when they have cause to contact the business via the phone or email for collections, deliveries, claims, issues/problems and tracking. It is vital that the service experienced during these processes be industry leading.

As Customer Experience Manager you will be expected to constantly challenge the status quo and to promote a continuous improvement culture within the centres. Fundamental would be to contribute to the overall customer communication direction of the business.

For this role you will have a degree or equivalent professional qualification and experience in managing contact centres and large numbers of people. To be successful you will also require experience in Project management and working in partnership situations.
