Full Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen with my Leeds based client for an Administrator with experience for working on tenders and a knowledge of the Government and public sector.
The role Is based with a leading financial firm in Leeds city centre.
The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to a team to prepare proposals and pitches and research on project issues associated with the opportunity.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
·Support the preparation of tender documents
·Compile and maintain generic templates for tenders
·Compile and maintain case studies for sectors
·Assisting the relevant staff member leading the tender submission process in the preparation of Full Proposals
·Regularly update "FAQ" information for proposals
·Tracking of responses from initial invitation through to appointment or rejection and feedback on proposal
·Prepare, print and bind slides for interviews and meeting with intermediaries
·Create and maintain Presentation Library on system
·Develop and maintain the CV library
·Update CVs for each proposal
·Ensure team photographs are updated
·Regularly update the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) reference list and Tracker profile
Skills and Experience Required
·GCSE grade C in English and Mathematics
·Previous secretarial and administrative experience
·Experience of working on Pitches and Proposals
·Involved in working on large project
·Ability to work to deadlines
·Background knowledge of Government and Public sector
·Experience of dealing with clients and building relationships
·Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel plus the ability to use databases and email
In return you will receive a salary of £18,000 to £22,000 dependant on skills and experience.
