Full Description:
We are looking to recruit a part time Secretary on a Job share basis for our Leeds based client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Market leading Financial services organisation.
Main Duties and Responsibilities –
·Assisting the team with general administration and typing duties
·Typing of letters and other documents as needed
·Preparation of PowerPoint presentations, reports and general documents
·Diary management for the team
·Attending meetings, taking minutes and action points
·Maintaining files and systems in accordance to company processes
·Dealing with correspondence for the team
·Liaising with clients
·Building strong working relationships with clients
·Ensuring service standards are met
·Taking calls and ensuring messages are responded to
·Arranging client meetings
·Organising travel and accommodation
·Preparation and maintenance of budgets for events
·Dealing with confidential information and ensuring you are adhering to both client and staff confidentiality
·Assisting with marketing support including preparation of mail shots, events and marketing collateral
·Maintaining files
·Relief cover for other departments when needed
Experience
·Experience of working within a secretarial role
·Experience e of working within a financial services organisation would be advantageous
·Proficient in all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
·Advanced skills within PowerPoint an advantage
·Experience of Lotus notes not essential but advantageous
·Possess an excellent telephone manner
·A keen eye for detail
·Ability to work to deadlines
·Display confidentiality and diplomacy when dealing with sensitive material
In return you will receive a salary of £16,000 - £18,000 pro rota.
