You will have experience managing a large team and have an in depth understanding of the dynamics required to successfully plan, staff and deliver a variety of sales and service lead campaigns - both inbound and outbound. You will have complete responsibility for developing and managing processes and people to ensure campaign objectives are met and exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have a proven capability of managing an 80-100 seat operation and have the aptitude to drive the operation forward.
Salary £35-40k + bonus
