Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: Circa £22,000 - £23,000
Role: Executive PA
Employment type: Contract role with a view to be made permanent
Our client is a corporate organization who specializes in project based work within the public sector, they are looking for a highly polished PA from a professional services background who can work as PA to a Financial Director and a senior consultant.
This role requires an experienced PA who has:
Experience in HR (the FD also looks after this area of the business) so exp would be desirable
Excellent organizational skills
Experience working to strict deadlines
Proven Diary management experience
Excellent time management and ability to priotitise tasks
Proven experience coping under pressure
Good Multi-tasker
Excellent problem solver, able to stay calm under pressure
Experience working in an office management capacity, eg: managing facilities issues
Summary of role
Provide Partner support through personal assistance. Be able to assist with discrete tasks when identified either internally or project focused.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Deliver end-to-end administration for an assignment, this includes managing and monitoring the agreed deadlines, including prompting consultants on various stages of the process
Actively contribute to the delivery of projects to improve client satisfaction
Understands and promote the firm’s business plan and live company values
Organise Partner diary commitments to make most effective use of time
Have detailed knowledge of staff roles, internal services and products and use this to aid team efficiency
Skills required
MS Office suit of tools
Relationship building with others that encourages them to contribute to the effectiveness of the team
Communicate with clarity and confidence
Knowledge required
Understand the priority and importance of work and to actively contribute to the development of the project
Undertake appropriate activities to participate in self-assessment, goal setting, assignment and personal reviews
Is able to access a range of internal and external electronic sources of knowledge to obtain relevant information
