Job Description
Part Time Collections - Leeds - £9,200 plus commission
My client is a leading organisation based in Leeds city centre and are currently looking to recruit experienced Collections Advisors.
The role will involve taking incoming and making outgoing calls to customers regarding unpaid debt. You will be taking payments over the phone and negotiating payment plans to pay debt back in the shortest time possible.
Candidates must have previous experience of working in a sales or collections role in a call centre environment. An excellent telephone manner as well as being very target driven is essential for this role.
You will be required to work a 23 hour set shift. the hours are Monday-Thursday 4pm-8pm, Friday 4pm-7pm and every rotational Saturday 8am-12pm and 10am-2pm.
Starting salary is £9,200 rising to £11.500 after 9 months plus an uncapped bonus giving you fantastic earning potential.
