Job Description

Finnish Sales Account Manager - Leeds - Up to £20k basic plus commission

JOB OBJECTIVE To maximise and develop sales in personal client base in Finland. Ensure that the company strategies and standards in customer service are maintained and developed to maximum efficiency reflecting in further development of business and increased sales through direct contact with decision makers

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Development of company sales in territory to maximum levels and the achievement of sales targets .To visit clients personally on a scheduled call cycle of two weeks in four. (this involves travelling over to Finland two weeks out of four) Establish and maintain contacts by phone on a daily basis following a structured plan with existing potential customers. Meeting monthly sales targets set by sales Managers.

  2. Developing new business through personal contacts and exploiting sales leads to their maximum working in conjunction with Sales Manager/General Manager.

  3. To continue to promote and develop the company performance through the enforcement of high standards and efficient customer service covering relevant territory.

  4. Responsible for the development of additional sales through good communication to other sales representatives to meet the company needs.

  5. Supervise and coordinate efforts of financial information and local competition to the Sales Manager/ General Manager as this is available.

  6. Required to travel to attend orthodontic or dental meetings working closely with sales personnel and management.

  7. To enter daily all activities/Profiles relating to CMS including all follow up actions.

  8. Work in conjunction with Sales/General Manager and assist as required, providing additional support as the business and needs dictate.

  9. Assisting where necessary Company credit controller to collect over due debts from clients necessary due to language requirement.

  10. To work within an allocated expense budget that is managed on a quarterly basis to maintain profitability.

  11. Ensure that the Company directive regarding CMS is adhered to at all times and the level of activities entered into CMS is the required number consistently.

You must have at least 1 years sales experience either face to face or over the phone Well presented Have excellent client liaison skills Live local to the Leeds area
