Job Description

Part-Time Evenings Inbound Collections Advisors - Leeds - £15 - £16500 pro rata

My client are a large telecommunications provider based in Stourton, Leeds. We are looking for experienced collections or customer service people to join them in their collections team.

Your duties will be:

1. Dealing with all inbound calls in a straightforward, professional and engaging way
2. By listening and asking the right questions you will effectively identify and resolve customer queries upon first contact in a way that encourages brand loyalty and maximises debt recovered
3. To negotiate payment and re-educate the customer in how to become a better payer.
4. Using your own initiative you will ensure that your knowledge of products and services enhance the customer experience
5. Being the 'Customer Champion' you will challenge existing process/systems that stand in the way of driving customer delight, by placing our customers at the heart of everything that we do.
6. Using call centre systems competently to keep both customers' accounts and own records accurately updated
7. Takes ownership of self development to help drive personal, team and business goals
8. Demonstrate commitment to achieving results, persisting in the face of obstacles & providing solutions that are right for both the business and our customers

Person Spec:

§ Experience in a Collections environment § Being able to talk to people in a way that interests them § Ability to negotiate and influence customers through discussion. § Ability to solve our customers problems quickly § Ability to adapt to a changing environment § Work effectively as part of a team with the ability of building relationships at all levels § PC literate (Keyboard skills, Microsoft Office applications, etc) Knowledge of Mobile Telecoms market

Hours:

Monday to Friday 5pm - 10pm, no weekends!
