Job Description

Collections Negotiators – no experience necessary

LOCATION: Leeds City Centre

SALARY: £15,000- £18,750 + UNCAPPED BONUS

· Starting salary £15,000 irrespective of experience

· Upon successful completion of probationary period, salary will be increased to £16,500

· After a further 3 months, salary will be increased to £17,500

· After 9 months service, salary will be increased to £18,750

· + Uncapped commission (Realistic OTE of £24,000 in first year). An average of £359 per month with top negotiators earning approx £1000 per month

· + Loyalty bonus of £1500-2500 per annum dependent on length of service

ROLE INFORMATION:

Every day at this company is different due to the diverse range of people you speak to. Obviously you will be spending a lot of time on the phone, making outbound and receiving inbound calls. You will be speaking directly to customers, checking data protection information, asking for full and final payments on a variety of outstanding debt accrued with high street lenders and blue chip organisations and negotiating suitable monthly repayment arrangements.

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

· Experience of working to targets and deadlines

· Strong work ethic (time keeping/ attendance that can be demonstrated by examples)

· Mature attitude

· Determination

· Ability to demonstrate empathy

· Good judgment

· Positive attitude to work

· Collections/ Debt recovery experience preferred but not essential

HOURS OF WORK: Operating on 2 shifts:

8:00 – 4:15 and 11:45am – 8:00pm.

Candidates will need to work a combination of both shifts. This is not a week of earlies and a week of lates. It is a combination of both during each week.
