Our client is the UK's largest manufacturer of quality carpets. In the last 12 months, over 500,000 customers have selected one of their ranges via their select band of premium retailers.

A Customer Service/ Telesales representative is sought to join their expanding team. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls from clients direct or from the sales reps. You will be responsible for taking orders over the telephone and ensuring accuracy on all orders.
Ideally you will have worked with a carpet retail environment and due to location – your own transport.
You will need experience in customer service and a confident telephone manner as well as being able to work with attention to detail and thrive in a pressurised environment. You will work to targets and be a good team player. You also need to be IT literate.
Hours of work are 08:45 – 17:15 Monday – Fridayl.
