Customer Sales Advisor Up to £18k (Dependant upon experience) North Yorkshire
A fantastic opportunity has arisen with a leading National Insurer.
My client is looking for an individual to become part of a rapidly expanding team to work as a Customer Sales and Services Adviser.
You’ll play a key role in the success of an expanding local business, ensuring the office runs like clockwork and that the customers are always happy. Providing exceptional administrative support, you’ll handle enquiries, paperwork, sales tasks and potentially some bookkeeping admin, with a ‘can-do’ proactive enthusiasm. The role will be varied and will be dealing with customer needs be it claims, alterations or new business.
All queries will relate to Motor and Household Insurances.
The chances are, you’ll have already worked in a similar role, so will be no stranger to applying an excellent telephone manner and a flexible, people-orientated approach to everything you do. Above all though, you’ll relish the challenge of being part of a truly customer-focused, ambitious team. In return, you can expect full training in a friendly and supportive environment.
A previous background within an Insurance role is essential.
