Team Leader - 20k to 25k - Wakefield

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and dedicated Call Centre Management professional to work within this established Financial Services Provider.

You shall have previous experience working within a similar role, preferably within an insurance/financial service background, and have a passion and flair for people management and leadership. You will have outstanding coaching, training and development skills, and have proven abilities working within a fast paced and target driven environment.
