SALARY AND BENEFITS:
-£30,000 - £35,000
OVERVIEW:
- My client a leading independent engineering company are looking to add to their established sales team
- The company have invested in specialist engineering equipment to maintain it's position as a market leader in it's field including conveyor systems and materials hanlding eaquipment
-Company work within several growing markets including Rail, Defence, Aerospace and Oil and Gas
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong Engineering knowledge ideally educated to HNC in mechanical engineering or similar discipline
- A proven track record within Engineering Sales environment
- Knowledge of Health Safety requirements.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver presentations to all levels including board level
- Experience of working with high level contracts up £1 million and working on several contracts at a time.
MAIN RESPONSIBLITIES
-To develop new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with existing clients.
-Present the company in a professional manner and introduce the companies full range of capabilities.
-Help increase the companies profitability by securing high value contracts
- Meeting agreed sales targets
-Ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met or exceeded, to enable accurate quotations to be completed by the estimating teams
