Required to work for one of the leading building societies based in the Yeadon area our client is looking to recruit a Branch Manager.
Responsible for the achievement of branch sales and customer service objectives, ensuring the branch operates in a compliant and efficient way through the development of an effective high performing team.
As Branch Manager you will be responsible for the following:
Achieving and exceeding sales objectives
Conducting customer interviews
Maximising productivity and customer service within the branch
Ensuring a dynamic selling approach is adopted in the branch and that the sales process is followed at all times
Responsible for branch budget and expenses
Cash holdings within the branch
Maintaining effective administration systems in line with Branch Procedure & Security Manuals
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:
Sales experience, preferably with supervisory experience, either within a retail/financial services environment
Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent
Must be CeMap qualified
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to inspire and influence the performance of a branch sales team
