My client, based in LS16, are looking for a Telesales Executive to work 3 - 4 days per week.

You will be required to take on a challenging role within a fast paced new business sales department - developing leads and booking appointments of which the Regional Account Executives will attend and close.

Working as part of a succesful team to build our portfolio, working with new and existing customers to maximise the commercial opportunities within the business.

Primary Duties

• Appointment Making in line with company pre set work targets
• Cold calling and subsequent development of salons leads across the UK and Ireland
• Ensure all incoming enquiries have an appointment with relevant Account Executive
• Targeting / research / contact prestigious salon groups
• Sending out initial corporate material to educate leads on our brand.
• Diary management for Account Executive’s including – confirmation calls, rescheduling of appointments and route plans.
• Daily monitoring of all incoming emails and requests for Great Lengths salon referral scheme
• Handling incoming enquiries from both prospective salons and Great Lengths existing customer base – on the phone and by email
• Ensure all activities are recorded on company database - Visma
• Support Account Executives and Sales Manager as and when required
• Ensure Great Lengths quality standards are met


Secondary Duties

• Support at sales events i.e. Workshows and Demo Evenings
• System sales into territories we do not have an Account Executive

Skills Required

• A positive attitude!
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing skills
• Effective communicator at all levels
• Must be able to work under pressure, multi task and prioritise
• Must be able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Must be able to deal with difficult situations
• Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail
• A good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
