EXPERIENCED SENIOR RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT / MANAGER

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire Salary: Basic Salary negotiable on experience - no threshold and fantastic uncapped commission structure + benefits

We are looking for a seasoned recruitment professional with a minimum 18 months successful recruitment experience, in return we can offer a phenomenal fast track career structure which will progress with in 2 months of commencing, for the right person, into Management.

This role report directly to the Sales Director and you will have fundamental input into the growth and development of our organisation.

This role is key to the development and future growth of our company and as such the package & prospects will reflect this.

We have a dedicated in house training department and a working environment which is second to none.

We would also welcome applications from individuals who already posses Management experience from within the Recruitment Industry.
