Job Description

Call Centre Team Leader - Leeds - £17 - 22K pa

An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Collections Team Leader to join an established organisation's Stourton based operation.

Coming from a similar background and with strong Collections management experience, as a Team Leader you will be responsible for all aspects of team management and leadership. You will be a forward thinking, proactive people motivator, with a genuine desire to lead your team to success. Your duties will include staff coaching, training and development, setting targets and objectives, ensuring that all KPI's and Service Level agreements are adhered to, and that all company standards are met and maintained.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all collections FSA regulations and procedures are followed accurately and correctly, whilst taking responsibility for the management of the companies profitability, effectively minimising aged debt and company loss.

You will be the sort of manager who leads by example and inspires through confident leadership. You will not be afraid to be innovative in motivating your staff and have a genuine passion for coaching and development.
