Job Description
Taskmaster is the sole supplier of temporary admin and clerical agency staff to the LTH and Leeds partnership trusts. We are currently looking to recruit a ward clerk to work in the LS1 area of Leeds.
Your duties will include:
Screening phone calls in to the department
Ensure that all the Trust policies and procedures on confidentiality of Patient Information are adhered to the strictest standards.
Following guidelines with regard to making appointments, discharges and coding procedures.
Processing admissions, transfers and discharges of patients.
Any Other admin duties required by you hiring manager
Ideal Candidates:
An ability to liaise with personnel at all levels across the trust.
Maintain a calm and professional manner when dealing with patients and hospital staff.
Flexible and willing to, where possible, cover sick leave at short notice and to work additional hours to maintain the service to patients as and when required.
