Our client is a marketing leading brand within the environment services sector and they are looking for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to join their busy team.

Duties will include:
Liaising with insurers and various 3rd parties
Providing information to various 3rd parties from extracting information from records
Updating inhouse system
Producing reports as required
Uploading new claims and creating new files
Dealing with invoicing of Clients and credit notes
Building rapport with Client, Insurers and internal colleagues
General administrative duties
Candidates must have customer service experience gained in an office environment, candidates must have excellent communication skills, be able to work as part of a team, cope in a pressured environment and have a flexible working approach
