Our client is a professional services company based in Leeds City Centre and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in a small team to provide a helpdesk service to the department.

Duties will include:
Taking incoming calls from various 3rd parties
Dealing with a range of quieries and troubleshooting as required
Transferring calls to relevant team or taking accurate messages
Providing updates to various 3rd parties
Logging all calls on inhouse system in an accuate and efficient manner
Any other adhoc duties as and when required
Candidates must have customer service experience gained in an office environment and possess excellent communication skills, have a professional manner and be an excellent communicator
