As one of the country’s leading industrial refrigeration and building services companies, my client is currently in an exciting time of strategic and organic growth. Due to their continued success and strong position in the marketplace, they require a Service Manager to join their South East team.

SALARY: £40,000 circa + company vehicle + pension scheme + bonuses and other benefits.
POSSIBLE LOCATION OF CANDIDATES: Dartford, Gillingham, Gravesend, Grays, Basildon, Brentwood, Swanley, East London.

THE ROLE:
As Service Manager, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in the success of the company’s operations in the South East region. Holding a number of years’ relevant experience within the industrial refrigeration industry, you will take charge of a team of dedicated and highly specialised engineers.
Dealing with bespoke installation and maintenance projects, your responsibility will be to cater for each client’s individual refrigeration needs in an efficient and timely manner – resourcing labour and materials so that targets are met. You will gain excellent job satisfaction from seeing these ammonia and C02 plant projects through to completion and final sign off.
This is a very rare and exciting chance for an industrial refrigeration professional with management experience to join a market leading and fast paced company. If you are currently a building services manager or senior industrial refrigeration engineer, do not hesitate in forwarding your application.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
> Extensive experience within the building services, HVAC, industrial refrigeration industry.
> Management experience of distributing workloads, rotas, project coordination and the personal development of engineers’ skills.
> You will have been exposed fully to budgetary and financial reports.
> Ideally you will have been a refrigeration engineer and moved your way into a supervisory/management position.
> Knowledge of industrial ammonia and CO2 refrigeration plant.
