Part time Accounts Assistant required for a construction company in Bradford on a temporary or permanent basis
Duties include:
Matching invoices to delivery notes, checking suppliers prices and inputting invoices onto the system.
Phoning customers
Chasing customers from debt sheet to recover outstanding payments
Taking payments off the system and inputting card details
Banking of cheques
Payroll input using Sage Line 50
You will have a confident manner, good communication skills and a flexible approach to your work.
