You'll be dealing with inbound calls from customers who are not wanting to renew their insurance policy. Through excellent communication and effective questioning, you will find out why the customer doesn't want to renew their policy and turn the call around whilst working to targets. If you have excellent communication skills, thrive on a challenge, are target driven and a team player, this could be just what you're looking for. Training covers the first four to five weeks and is held over Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. Once training is completed, you will then work 35 hours each week during the times of 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.
