Our client is a professional services company based in Leeds City Centre and they are looking for a Part Time Recoveries Agent to join their Government Team to collect outstanding monies from Debtors owing to Government Agencies.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a successful and expanding company in a fun and innovative environment with fantastic salary, bonus and benefits package
Duties will include:
Dealing with inbound and outbound telephone calls and correspondence
Negotiate payment arrangements
Liaise with the courts and bailiffs to achieve maximum payments from debtors
Contacting employers to implement Deductions of Earnings Orders.
Keeping regular client contact in order to resolve complex queries.
Working hours are:
20 hours per week:
Monday to Thursday: 2 days working 4.00pm to 8.00pm and 1 day working 5.00pm to 8.00pm
Friday 1.00 to 5.00pm
Saturday 8.00am to 1.00pm
The successful candidate will have collections experience
