Location: Sheffield
Salary: £30k + Abundance overtime (Non compulsory)
THE COMPANY
Global leader in the manufacturing industry with a reputation of providing specialist metal products across the world. Due to expansion and brand new facilities they are now seeking skilled Horizontal Borers from all backgrounds.
THE ROLE
*The ability to work on large machines within a medium to heavy engineering environment.
*A good sound knowledge of general boring principles and manufacturing methods.
*To be able to work to high standards making sure the quality of the product being machined remains consistent.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
*A good sound engineering background with a proven apprenticeship and or ONC HNC qualification.
*Experience with Heidenhain and or Siemens controls would be an advantage.
*Experience of working in medium to heavy engineering.
